Territory Sales Manager – LA, NV, NM, AZ
Integrated DNA Technologies (IDT) invites you to apply for the Territory Sales Manager position covering Los Angeles, Arizona, New Mexico, and Nevada.

In This Role
Develop and manage assigned accounts strategically to deliver solutions, drive revenue growth, prospect new accounts, and prepare information for all sales calls to secure new customers.
Research and understand territory growth opportunities to develop an effective business plan and sales strategy; build client relationships based on short‑ and long‑term needs.
Maintain and develop strategic partnerships with key customers, leveraging internal resources to achieve the highest level of satisfaction.
Schedule sales calls and travel itineraries to address customer needs and execute sales strategies through timely follow‑up, including detailed notes captured through CRM/Salesforce.com.
Build in‑depth knowledge of CRM and funnel management tools, consistently forecast business, manage opportunities, sustain the opportunity pipeline, and make data‑driven decisions.
Essential Requirements
Master’s degree in a life‑science field or bachelor’s degree with relevant life‑sciences sales experience.
3+ years of prior sales experience, preferably in life‑science reagents/consumables such as qPCR, CRISPR, or NGS.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets for at least 3 years.
Resident of the assigned region with extensive familiarity with academic, corporate, and/or government accounts.
Valid driver’s license.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous laboratory practice and understanding.
PhD in a life science.
Experience and proficiency with popular CRMs (Salesforce) and knowledge of Power BI.
Remote work arrangement: This role is eligible for a remote work arrangement, allowing you to work from your home. Additional information will be provided during the interview process.
Salary range: $130,000–$160,000 (base). Eligible for commission, resulting in a total compensation target of $200,000–$240,000 annually. This range may be modified in the future.
Benefits: Comprehensive package including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k) for eligible employees.
