National Sales Manager – Apparel & Accessories Based in New York, this onsite role joins a global leader in lifestyle apparel and accessories. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven sales professional to play a key role in expanding national retail partnerships and driving growth within our retail and accessories division. As the National Sales Manager, you’ll work closely with senior leadership to develop sales strategies, strengthen relationships with major retailers, and other national accounts, and help shape the future of our brands. Must have experience with leather and belt accessories.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

Manage a book of enterprise relationships and use your accessories experience to sell to off-price and department store accounts.

Identify new business opportunities and leverage your retail and apparel sales experience to capitalize on them.

Comfortably engage with clients and prospects digitally, utilizing social selling techniques and CRM tools.

Negotiate effectively and manage relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.

Participate in trade shows and visit key accounts to strengthen relationships and generate new business opportunities.

Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.

5-7 years of proven experience in corporate/ASI apparel sales.

A deep knowledge of the ASI industry and sales processes.

Experience managing a book of enterprise relationships and selling to off-price and department store accounts.

Comfort with digital engagement, social selling, and CRM usage.

Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.

The ability to travel domestically around 20–40% for client meetings, trade shows, and key account visits.

Experience identifying new business opportunities in the retail and apparel sales sector.
