About The Role The Finance team keeps Revolut moving with clarity and confidence. From accounting to strategic support, they work across the business to assess risk, guide decisions, and drive growth. Their insight shapes everything from daily operations to long‑term plans and plays a key role in how we scale. We’re looking for a Treasury Manager to lead liquidity management activities and enhance our overall framework in Western Europe. You’ll ensure robust frameworks and controls are in place to meet regulatory requirements and support the development of the wider business while optimising returns.
What You’ll Be Doing
Leading liquidity planning to maintain best‑in‑class liquidity and funding management frameworks
Identifying key liquidity and FX risks, and reviewing the entity’s risk appetite for liquidity and funding exposures
Establishing, maintaining, and analysing early warning indicators (EWIs)
Conducting daily monitoring of cash, liquidity, and FX positions
Contributing to strategic and investment activities, such as ALCO and HQLA/Treasury portfolio
Collaborating with Product Owners and Risk team members to deliver the entity’s ILAAP in line with our internal policies and regulatory requirements
Implementing appropriate liquidity management tools for the data capture, control, measurement, reporting, and forecasting of liquidity
Maintaining liquidity and funding policies and procedures
Keeping abreast of emerging trends in financial markets, which will affect the entity's funding strategy, and assisting in the design of the liquidity investment portfolio
What You’ll Need
Great problem‑solving skills to break down complex issues into their component parts, identifying the root cause, proposing solutions, and gathering support
The ability to work in a high‑performance environment, deliver practical solutions, influence stakeholders, and deal with ad‑hoc requirements from start to delivery
A structured approach to manage multiple projects and remain highly organised
Experience in liquidity and funding management in a universal bank environment
A thorough understanding of EU‑based regulatory expectations
An ability to assess and interpret new/revised regulatory policy and communicate impacts to departments, senior management, and committees
Professional experience in a top‑tier financial institution or fintech (preferably within a treasury, finance, or risk function)
Nice to Have
Direct interaction experience with supervisory bodies of regulatory liquidity regimes (in Europe, US, etc.)
Front‑office experience
Previous experience in liquidity stress‑testing methodology
A background in consultancy
A STEM degree
Experience with coding
