This role is essential in supporting month-end close, reconciliations, audits, and financial analysis. You will partner closely with corporate finance, resort operations, and cross-functional teams to deliver timely and reliable financial insights that help drive operational and strategic decisions.

Your Impact
Support month-end and year-end close processes including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and financial reviews
Prepare and analyze financial statements, variance reports, and supporting schedules
Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and ensure compliance with GAAP
Assist with internal and external audits by preparing documentation and resolving inquiries
Partner with operations and cross-functional teams to improve financial workflows and strengthen internal controls
Support the integration of new resorts or acquisitions into accounting systems and processes
Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance accuracy, efficiency, and transparency in financial reporting
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
4 or more years of progressive accounting experience, preferably within hospitality, real estate, or multi-entity environments
Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting best practices
Experience with accounting systems and general ledger management
Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyze and interpret financial data
Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners
CPA or CPA eligibility is a plus
