Pay Range
Provided pay range: $21.00/hr – $23.00/hr (actual pay based on skills and experience).

Responsibilities and Qualifications
Perform highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety and maintenance systems.
Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment and scheduled maintenance during machine service.
Perform simple machinist duties and responsibilities.
Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines.
Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and adjust.
Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities.
Perform a variety of plumbing maintenance and carpentry functions.
Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment.
Detect faulty operations, defective material, and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision.
Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
Transfer supplies or equipment between storage and work areas, by hand or using hand trucks.
Report to work on the provided schedule, neatly groomed, in complete uniform, and attend all departmental meetings.
Follow department daily/weekly cleaning schedule of filters, degreasing, stoves, and various deep cleaning.
Additional duties may be required as directed by team lead, supervisor, or manager.
2+ years of manufacturing experience; strong hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and industrial skills with some PLC experience and HVAC.
Experience with welding, plumbing, refrigeration, cooking equipment, carpentry, and electrical.
Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems.
Experience using hand and electrical tools.
Ability to safely handle and operate warehouse equipment.
Ability to work in a team and independently.
Basic understanding of food safety practices (quality control, rotation, etc.).
Ability to perform physical requirements such as standing, sitting, reaching, lifting, bending, kneeling, stooping, climbing, pushing, and pulling items weighing 20–75 pounds for extended periods.
Position requires manual dexterity, visual skills, and ability to follow written and oral instructions and procedures.
Ability to read, write, and communicate in English, conduct business‑related mathematics, and analyze data as required.
Ability to work within various temperature‑controlled environments.
Attend schedule, neatly groomed, and in complete uniform.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment following Citarella’s standards.
Work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Other duties may be assigned as business needs change.
