Location: Morris, IL 60450.
Pay: $21.75 per hour + $2.00 shift pay, incentive up to $2.75 per hour. Schedule: Sunday and Monday (split schedule); Thursday and Friday from 5:00 pm to 3:30 am.
Benefits include weekly pay, on‑job paid training, medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match starting at 30 days, paid time off, 15% employee discount, and safety gear provided.
Responsibilities
Perform warehouse functions, including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
Adhere to performance measurement guidelines of the contract.
Accurately pick, pack, audit, and stage products; load and unload trucks.
Handle day‑to‑day paperwork (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, etc.).
Provide technical and maintenance support for the automated packing system during core shift hours.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
One (1) year or more of related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience (preferred).
Valid Forklift Operator’s License.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Team player with a commitment to a diverse work environment.
Highly thorough, dependable, punctual, and with a good attendance record.
Works independently with minimal supervision; demonstrates initiative and high accuracy under pressure.
Able to lift/push/pull up to 35 lbs, stand for long periods, and use health and safety methods.
Available for a flexible schedule and various work shifts.
Detail oriented with excellent follow‑up practices.
