We’re looking for a Parts Counter Associate who has basic automotive knowledge, strong customer service skills, and a desire to learn. What You’ll Be Doing

Assist customers, service technicians, and wholesale accounts with parts inquiries and orders

Learn to identify parts, pricing, and availability using dealership systems

Answer phone calls and respond to online and website inquiries in a professional manner

Bill parts to Repair Orders (ROs) with accuracy and attention to detail

Support inventory tasks such as stocking, returns, and organization

Help process warranty parts and core returns

Work closely with service, sales, and accounting teams

Keep the parts counter clean, organized, and customer‑friendly

Who Will Succeed In This Role

Someone with automotive knowledge or hands‑on experience (auto parts store, dealership, or automotive shop experience)

A person with customer service or sales experience who enjoys helping people

Someone who is organized, reliable, and detail‑oriented

A quick learner who is comfortable in a fast‑paced environment

A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

Someone looking to build a career in the automotive industry—not just a job

What You’ll Need

High School Diploma or GED required

Previous automotive parts experience not required—training provided

Strong communication and time management skills

Basic computer skills; dealership or CDK experience is a plus but not required

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
