We are seeking a
Field Supervisor
to support the on-site execution of high-end
luxury residential and custom home projects
throughout Miami, Florida. This role is ideal for a hands‑on construction professional with
2-3 years of field experience
looking to grow within the luxury homebuilding market. Our client is a
well‑regarded luxury residential builder
specializing in custom homes and high‑end residential projects across South Florida. They are known for exceptional craftsmanship, attention to detail, and delivering architecturally distinctive homes for discerning clients. The company offers a strong learning environment with direct exposure to experienced superintendents and project managers. Responsibilities
Assist the Superintendent and Project Manager with daily on‑site operations. Coordinate subcontractors and trades to ensure work is completed per plans, schedule, and quality standards. Monitor jobsite safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company and OSHA standards. Review drawings and specifications to help identify and resolve field issues. Track daily progress and help maintain short‑term schedules and punch lists. Ensure luxury finishes and details meet client and architect expectations. Support inspections, walkthroughs, and project closeout activities. Profile
2-3 years of experience working on
luxury residential or custom home projects
in Florida. Exposure to high‑end finishes, custom details, and quality‑focused construction. Strong organizational skills with a proactive, team‑oriented mindset. Ability to communicate effectively with subcontractors, vendors, and internal team members. Eagerness to grow into a Superintendent or Project Management role over time. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required. Job Offer
