Overview
The Assistant Project Manager will support the delivery of high‑end custom residential projects throughout South Florida, working closely with senior project leadership from preconstruction through closeout. Responsibilities
Assist in managing day‑to‑day operations of custom home projects from start to finish
Support budgeting, cost tracking, change orders, and subcontractor buyout
Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, architects, and consultants
Help maintain project schedules and ensure milestones are met
Review submittals, RFIs, and project documentation
Participate in owner and design team meetings as needed
Ensure projects adhere to quality, safety, and compliance standards
Qualifications
2‑3 years of experience as an Assistant Project Manager or Project Engineer on custom home projects
Hands‑on experience in the South Florida residential construction market
Strong understanding of construction documents, scheduling, and cost control
Highly organized with strong communication and problem‑solving skills
Proficient in construction management software and Microsoft Office
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
