Responsibilities
Daily repair and upkeep of the property, including basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, and painting tasks.
Responsible for all other duties as may be assigned.
Qualifications
10+ years of general maintenance experience.
Valid driver's license.
Ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs.
