Warehouse Operations Technician WMS Clerk

Pay:
$23.45 per hour
Schedule:
First Shift – Sunday to Tuesday and every other Wednesday 7:00 am – 7:00 pm; Thursday to Saturday and every other Wednesday 7:00 am – 7:00 pm

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
1‑2 years warehouse experience
Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel)
Working knowledge of WMS systems
Forklift experience
Equipment certification may be required, depending on location
Additional screening may include employment/education verification, motor vehicle records check, road test, background or badging requirements
Responsibilities:
Support standard facility KPIs in safety, quality, sanitation, and maintenance
Create and maintain daily dock schedules
Communicate with carriers regarding appointments and load status updates
Co‑ordinate with Operations Supervisor to ensure load distribution and WMS floor management
Collaborate with inventory department and on‑site personnel to resolve order issues
Interact with customers to communicate order changes and updates
Maintain Excel spreadsheets and reports
Perform other duties as required or assigned
