Position Overview Under minimal supervision, this position supports day-to-day contract management requirements of the branch business including all facets from order entry to final job execution and receipt of customer payment.

Job Duties / Responsibilities

Responsible for day-to-day contract management to ensure contracts are entered timely, accurately, and with proper documentation, ensuring customer invoices are issued similarly.

Manages customer relationships including compliance and timely issuance of credits to and from Mobile Air.

Manages purchase order requests and documentation associated with all subcontractor requirements for re-rent, labor and freight.

Utilizes ERP system reporting to ensure efficient and accurate management of contracts and invoicing.

Uses Infor reporting to monitor non-bills and extensions.

Coordinates with Sales and Operations on a regular scheduled basis to review open contracts, their status, and discuss any relevant issues.

Verifies with the customer via email or phone that the invoice has been received by the proper party or has been uploaded to any required customer portal.

Provides customers accurate reporting and documentation on behalf of Mobile Air and the customer for billing purposes.

Performs any other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Education / Skill Requirements

Associate degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.

Three to five years of relevant work experience preferred.

Ability to simultaneously handle a large and diverse number of projects, tasks and issues with tact, cooperation, and persistence.

Experience and/or basic project accounting and financial principles desired.
