HVAC Commercial Maintenance Sales – Account Executive

We are the largest mechanical contractor in the tri‑state area and are expanding into Richmond, VA. Position Summary This full‑time sales position offers competitive base pay plus commission, flexible 8‑hour shifts (Mon–Fri, with potential variation) and a comprehensive benefits package that includes paid vacation, holidays, 401(k), free training, and more.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the commercial HVAC market.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects, ensuring their HVAC needs are met.

Comfortable with cold calling and prospecting.

Prepare and present project proposals, quotes and service agreements.

Collaborate with engineering and installation teams to ensure project specifications are met.

Conduct site visits to assess client needs and provide tailored HVAC solutions.

Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth objectives.

Stay updated with industry trends, new products and competitive landscape.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC sales, specifically in the commercial sector.

Proven track record of successful sales and client relationship management.

Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and solutions.

Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.

Work Schedule This full‑time Sales position typically works 8‑hour shifts Monday–Friday, though hours may vary based on business needs.
