Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivilent
Valid Michigan Drivers License
At least one year experience Facilities Maintenance
At least one year experience with health and safety inspections
Duties and Responsibilities
Completes Preventative Maintenance checks and reports on a regular basis for assigned EM sites and equipment.
Complete regular internal Health and Safety Inspections as related to specific sites.
Coordinate and complete various Work Order maintenance requests that are submitted for completion.
Perform routine maintenance repairs such as electrical, plumbing, door and lock set replacement and modular furniture modifications.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment for public and staff.
Other duties as assigned
