What You'll Do
Troubleshooting and resolving mechanical and electrical equipment issues
Performing preventive maintenance and safety inspections
Supporting general building maintenance needs (plumbing, painting, drywall, cleaning, general upkeep)
Partnering with the maintenance team to address recurring equipment problems
Ensuring compliance with OSHA safety standards and Tosca protocols
Demonstrating strong understanding of and adherence to Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) safety procedures
What We Are Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent
3+ years of maintenance experience
Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
Knowledge of OSHA safety practices and LOTO
Electrical experience with schematics, PLCs, 480v/3-phase, D/C motors, Yaskawa A/C drives, control logic, and wiring
Mechanical experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and related systems
Boiler or MIG/TIG welding experience is a plus
Ability to work overtime when needed
Work Schedule
1st Shift: 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
2nd Shift: 2:00 PM–10:30 PM
