Title: Field Service Technician II Location: Green Bay, WI We are seeking a Field Service Technician II to join our Field Services Team, delivering solutions that build long‑term customer relationships. As a first‑line responder, you will communicate in an open, helpful, and engaging manner to find the right solution, triage customer issues, and handle problems proactively.
Training and development are integral to the role. NCR Atleos provides virtual and hands‑on classroom training that enables fast learning and fosters an environment where you can stretch yourself and make an impact. Our service operations have dedicated teachers, mentors, and coaches who work across territories to share knowledge and enhance growth.
Responsibilities
Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively
Service electromechanical equipment such as ATMs and self‑checkout systems within an assigned territory
Perform maintenance, repair, and system overhauls
Manage network faults, traffic, configuration, security, and remote system access
Basic Qualifications
Local candidate to the specific geographic area
Authorized to work in the US
At least 19 years of age
Valid driver’s license with a driving record that satisfies NCR Atleos fleet requirements
PC skills, basic electronic skills, and operating system familiarity
Ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation
Prolonged travel with several hours of driving per day
Rotating and weekend shifts
Capability to lift and carry tools, parts, and equipment weighing up to 50 lb. without assistance
Physical stamina for bending, squatting, walking, standing, sitting, reaching, working with hands, and repeatedly grasping and manipulating objects of varying size
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with large servers, mainframe computers, and imaging software
CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification
One or more years of related experience
