Position Summary We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to deliver on‑site installation, maintenance, and repair of electromechanical equipment, including ATMs and self‑checkout systems. The role involves acting as the first line of support for our customers, troubleshooting and resolving issues, and ensuring the highest level of service across our assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
Service electromechanical equipment such as ATMs and self‑checkout systems.
Perform maintenance, repair, and system overhauls.
Manage network faults, traffic, configuration, security, and remote system access.
Requirements
Local candidate in the Memphis area.
Authorized to work in the United States.
Minimum age 19 years.
Valid driver’s license and a driving record that satisfies our fleet requirements.
PC skills, basic electronic skills, and familiarity with operating systems.
Ability to perform essential functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
Travel & Shift Requirements
Prolonged travel and driving several hours per day.
Rotating and weekend shifts.
Carrying and lifting tools, parts, and equipment up to 50 lb. without assistance.
Bending, squatting, walking, standing, sitting, reaching, and repetitive grasping of objects of varying sizes.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with large servers, mainframe computers, and imaging software.
A+ Certification, CompTIA Network+, or other relevant certifications.
One or more years of related experience.
