Description Assists with maintenance of buildings and grounds within the park including: mowing, weed trimming, spraying, watering; operating equipment such as mowers, chainsaws, tractors, weed sprayers, trucks, and small hand tools; and safety pulling and maneuvering a trailer.
General Requirements Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Comfortable working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions. Uniforms are provided and employees must comply with uniform dress code. Valid driver's license required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Lawn care and tree maintenance
Use of small hand tools and power tools
Operation of lawn mowers, golf carts, UTVs, skid steers, and tractors
Safe handling and maneuvering of trailers
