Primary Responsibilities

• Serve as the working supervisor of campground attendant workers in the park manager’s absence.
• Supervise and train campground attendants.
• Provide support and guidance to staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Maintain a professional demeanor during frequent public interaction.

General Requirements

• Money‑handling experience helpful.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions outdoors.
• Uniform provided; compliance with dress code required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Providing excellent customer service.
• Performing janitorial and facility upkeep tasks.
• Using online point‑of‑sale systems.
• Handling money and processing transactions.
• Operating golf carts and UTVs.
