Job Overview The Filler Operator plays a key role in executing assigned production tasks. This includes setting up, operating, cleaning, and troubleshooting production equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for operating assigned filling equipment to include setup, pre‑start, startup, operation, shutdown, and cleaning, following standard operating procedures.
Monitor production lines continuously to identify equipment malfunctions, product defects, or container issues and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality standards.
Conduct quality control inspections including visual checks for proper sealing, labeling, and container integrity to ensure products meet company specifications.
Maintain strict sanitation protocols by cleaning and sanitizing equipment, work areas, and utensils according to FDA and company food safety requirements.
Document production data including batch numbers, fill volumes, temperatures, and quality check results to ensure traceability and regulatory compliance.
Minimum Qualifications
GED or High School is preferred
Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience is highly preferred
