Job Summary The Retail Store Coordinator/UKHC provides excellent care within the UK Hospital Gift Shop setting to patients, guests, faculty, and staff. Reporting directly to the Enterprise Retail Manager, this position assists with managing and organizing merchandise throughout all shops and scheduling staff members.
Responsibilities
Manage retail merchandise and inventory across all gift shop locations.
Schedule and coordinate staff and volunteers for shop operations.
Utilize retail and inventory management software to track sales and stock.
Maintain brand consistency and provide outstanding customer service.
Collaborate with the Enterprise Retail Manager and other stakeholders.
Qualifications
Retail experience with knowledge in merchandising, inventory, stocking, and buying.
Excellent customer service, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to multi‑task and work directly with volunteers.
Preferred: Retail software experience, inventory management software knowledge.
Retail background preferred.
