Answering emergency (911) and non-emergency calls
Coordinating resources, and ensuring help gets where it’s needed
Operating Public Safety Communication systems (911, CAD and radio)
Dispatching police, fire, and security personnel
Documenting critical events accurately
You will handle all public safety telecommunications, including answering 911 calls, evaluating the nature and severity of incidents, and coordinating the dispatch of emergency units.
