AlphaGraphics seeks a full‑time specialist to manage all aspects of large format digital print production, including operating wide format printers, finishing, sign application, and installation.

Operate sign and bindery equipment.
Produce digital prints for signs.
Print bindery & finishing.
Post‑press equipment maintenance.
Large format & sign finishing with installation when needed.
Setup files for cut vinyl, analyze files for large signage, understand substrate differences for vehicle wraps and custom vinyl installations.
Other essential functions to provide the highest quality customer service and product output.
Qualifications
2+ years operating wide format printers for commercial sign companies.
Experience with large format digital printers, UV flatbed, roll‑to‑roll, vinyl printers, laminators, and flatbed routers.
Positive, professional attitude.
Strong work ethic.
Problem‑solving skills.
Cooperative interpersonal skills.
Ability to work quickly and neatly while multitasking.
Basic math skills and computer proficiency.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely and work over a waist‑high table.
Strong multitasking ability.
Effective communication skills (oral and written).
Ability to follow instructions and prioritize workload.
