Senior Technical Talent Acquisition Consultant at Eaton Eaton’s GEIS division is seeking a Product Line Manager – NEC Power Distribution & Controls. This hybrid role is for candidates residing within 50 miles of Syracuse, NY; Highland, IL; Houston, TX; Moon Township, PA; or Roanoke, VA. Relocation is not provided and up to 25% travel is required.

The Global Energy Infrastructure Solutions (GEIS) division is part of Eaton’s global electrical sector and leverages over 128 years of experience to enhance efficiency, safety, and reliability for customers.

The expected annual salary range is $123,750 – $181,500, with eligibility for a variable incentive program. Salaries are based on candidate skills, experience, and qualifications.

What You’ll Do

Manage virtual NEC product portfolio P&L, exceeding financial commitments.

Recommend, develop, and pursue long‑term growth strategy and objectives for global Crouse‑Hinds Series products.

Identify and recommend new products for development and/or private branding.

Implement and coordinate the product development process to ensure timely product introduction and market acceptance.

Recommend and initiate changes in current products and pricing necessary to maintain and increase sales and profits.

Maintain marketplace knowledge of new or modified product opportunities.

Evaluate product success through reports and direct contact with sales, customers, and distributors, recommending adjustments as needed.

Plan and determine product pricing policy to obtain optimal volume and market position.

Recommend and develop marketing strategies and programs with promotional materials.

Analyze competitors’ actions, product developments, pricing strategy, and policies; prepare and publish details for Field Sales.

Prepare pricing and proposals for special products within assigned families.

Resolve product inconsistencies arising from manufacturing, engineering inquiries, vendor changes, and customer complaints; collaborate with manufacturing locations.

Own and lead the end‑to‑end SIOP process to align demand, supply and financial objectives.

Collaborate cross‑functionally with Engineering, IT, Marketing, Operations, and Sales to implement digital capabilities across the product lifecycle.

Deliver product training to a variety of audiences, including Eaton employees, distributors, EPCs/consultants, and end users.

Qualifications Basic (Required) Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.

Minimum of seven (7) years of engineering, marketing, or field sales experience with technical products.

No immigration sponsorship or relocation is offered.

Applicants must reside within the specified 50‑mile radius of the listed locations.

Preferred Qualifications:

MBA.

Proven product development and portfolio management experience.

Strong technical and commercial skills.

Data‑driven decision‑making skills.

Experience leading process optimization efforts.

Team management experience.
