Product Line Manager – North America Cable Management Location: Highland, IL.

Salary range: $123,750.00 – $181,500.00 per year.

Relocation within the US is provided for this position.

The Global Energy Infrastructure Solutions (GEIS) division of Eaton is seeking a Product Line Manager. This role is part of a strategic focus on growth, innovation, and capability across our global network.

What You’ll Do

Develop and execute strategic initiatives that support the growth and profitability of Cable Management products.

Lead product innovation, commercial programs, operational & sourcing improvements, and cost‑saving initiatives.

Manage pricing, product mix and volume with Network Planning to meet profitability targets.

Develop and maintain product documentation and sales tools in partnership with sales and marketing communications.

Conduct product training programs across the business and customer base.

Assist in long‑range and short‑range planning, forecasting, and profit planning for the region.

Provide technical support to customers pre‑sale and post‑sale and address product specification, quotation, and installation support.

Support pricing of non‑standard product requests.

Recommend and support vertical marketing, channel marketing, and customer loyalty initiatives.

Lead cross‑functional teams to execute initiatives and drive process improvement.

Grow relationships across sales, marketing, engineering, and operations teams.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.

Minimum seven (7) years of experience in sales or marketing.

Preferred Qualifications

5+ years industry experience in communications & data end market (contractor, engineer, manufacturer, or distributor).

10+ years of experience in engineering, sales, and/or marketing.

MBA.

Experience working with globally dispersed teams.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Aptitude for technical product details and ability to read technical journals and drawings.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills.

Action‑oriented and proactive approach.

Strategic thinker capable of developing business cases and advocating them.
