Manufacturing Responsibilities
Develop and maintain production schedules based on customer orders, inventory levels, and capacity requirements. Monitor progress against schedules and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines. Collaborate with production, purchasing, and logistics teams to ensure material availability and resource allocation. Analyze data to identify potential delays and implement corrective actions. Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly scheduling reports. Maintain accurate records of production timelines and job status in ERP systems. Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize scheduling processes. Qualifications
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred. Experience:
4+ years in production planning, scheduling, or manufacturing environment. Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Desired Skills and Experience
The Planner Scheduler is responsible for coordinating and scheduling production activities to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery of products.
