What You’ll Do
The MDS Coordinator ensures the accuracy and compliance of resident assessments.
Coordinating and completing Minimum Data Set (MDS) assessments for care planning, reimbursement, and regulatory compliance.
Collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams to gather comprehensive clinical data and keep resident care plans current.
Maintaining meticulous documentation and adhering to federal and state guidelines to support quality care delivery and optimize facility operations.
Contributing to the enhancement of resident outcomes and sustaining the facility’s reputation for excellence.
Our Ideal Candidate
Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana.
Experience with MDS assessment processes and knowledge of CMS regulations.
Strong clinical background in long‑term care or skilled nursing facility settings.
Proficiency in electronic health records and MDS software systems.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Location: Bloomington, IN
Salary: $62,400.00-$99,840.00
