Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance professional to join our team in Marshall, MI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance, repair, and installation tasks to ensure the proper functioning and safety of our facilities. Base Pay Range
$30.00/hr - $35.00/hr Key Responsibilities
Perform skilled maintenance, repairs, and installations on electrical wiring, devices, and fixtures. Maintain and repair plumbing systems, pipes, and related equipment. Service refrigeration units to ensure optimal performance. Install, maintain, and repair door locking systems and access controls. Maintain fire and security system equipment, including video cameras and alarm systems. Perform maintenance and repairs on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Qualifications
Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field. Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, HVAC, and security systems. Ability to troubleshoot and repair various mechanical and electrical systems. Familiarity with fire and sprinkler systems maintenance. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Seniority Level
