Automotive Warehouse Clerk / Ecommerce Order Experience Preferred
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Clerk to join our team at Serpentini Chevrolet. The ideal candidate will assist in the day‑to‑day operations of our warehouse, ensuring the accurate and efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of goods. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
Base Pay Range $14.00/hr – $17.00/hr (actual pay based on skills and experience)
Responsibilities
Receive and Inspect Shipments: Unload and inspect incoming goods to ensure they match order specifications and are free of damage.
Inventory Management: Organize products in designated storage locations to maintain efficient inventory flow, conducting regular stock checks and cycle counts.
Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and label items for shipment, ensuring all orders are complete and correctly processed.
Shipping Preparation: Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring products are securely packed and ready for transportation, while meeting shipping deadlines.
Warehouse Organization: Maintain an organized and clean warehouse by following safety protocols, proper storage guidelines, and keeping aisles clear.
Operate Warehouse Equipment: Safely operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, or hand trucks to move items throughout the warehouse.
Quality Control: Ensure all products are in good condition before they are shipped and report any damaged or defective items to management.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily operational goals, meet productivity standards, and maintain a positive work environment.
