Pay & Shifts:
$17.50/hr – 1st Shift
$19/hr – 2nd Shift
What You’ll Do:
Perform pre‑assembly operations and assemble parts accurately
Follow process specifications, routers, and drawings
Cut leads, wrap tape, and set up/run lead cutting machines
Complete inspections and document work according to standards
Lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods (10+ hours)
Work independently while maintaining focus and precision
Requirements:
Manufacturing experience (assembly preferred)
Mechanically inclined with excellent manual dexterity
Ability to work with small parts ( Basic math and measurement skills
ITAR compliant
Strong communication skills and ability to prioritize tasks
