Responsibilities
Manage inbound stocking and inventory to ensure product is set, in‑stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor.
Work independently and with a team to meet daily/weekly workload and support business priorities.
Climb up and down ladders and safely move merchandise up to 40 pounds.
Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely.
Qualifications
Knowledge of guest service fundamentals and experience supporting a guest‑first culture.
Experience in retail business fundamentals: department sales trends, inventory management, and process efficiency.
Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members.
Ability to work independently and in a team, resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
Attention to detail and ability to follow multi‑step processes.
Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
