General Description Responsible for maintenance, upkeep, and appearance of facilities across Operation PAR and its affiliates.
Essential Job Functions
Minimum 1–5 years of building maintenance experience
Self‑motivated; able to troubleshoot and complete repair tasks
Complete work orders promptly and maintain equipment
Monitor inventory of spare parts and supplies; reorder as needed
Maintain and repair maintenance equipment
Communicate regularly with maintenance technicians to ensure two‑way communication
Monitor operation of plant equipment and systems
Coordinate vendors and inspectors to meet city, county, state, and federal regulations
Use power and hand tools; basic vehicle service (oil changes, wiper blades, batteries, first‑aid kit)
Certificates and Education
High School diploma or GED
Essential Physical Skills
Drive a commercial‑size van
Speak and write coherently
Able to lift 25–50 lb, bend, crouch, and climb ladders
Good vision and hearing
Special Requirements
Valid driver’s license
Cleared by PAR auto insurance carrier to operate PAR vehicles
Level II background and drug screen clearance
Maintain current training as required by Operation PAR, Inc. policies
