Job Description The Assistant Manager is a multi‑faceted role that merges business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. Assistant managers drive sales results, oversee daily store operations, create compelling floor presentations, recruit, train, and develop talent, and embody a “promote from within” philosophy to grow into future leaders.
