Job Description The Assistant Manager role merges business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. Assistant managers drive sales by analyzing the business and providing best‑in‑class customer service. They oversee daily store operations including opening and closing routines and driving efficiency in all store processes. They leverage creative expertise through floorset updates, styling recommendations and product knowledge. As talent leaders, they drive recruiting, training, engagement and development. With a promote‑from‑within philosophy, successful assistant managers grow into future leaders of the store organization.
