Purpose of the Position Providing administrative support to the factory, maintaining the necessary documentation for balancing the department’s production using the existing data processing system.

Main Tasks And Responsibilities

Daily operation of the SAP/CORE data processing system

Control of raw material consumption for margarine production

Control of production entries into the system, checking and corrections

Cooperation with the production warehouse and the Finance Department

Providing quantitative data for calculating the ZBW index

Analyzing ZBW losses in case discrepancies are detected, aiming to reduce the share of unidentified losses within the overall losses

Controlling and recording the consumption of technical materials, clothing, office supplies, personal protective equipment, and other items necessary to maintain the Department’s production

Maintaining and checking department personnel records: health books, periodic examinations

Cooperation and coordination with the company responsible for servicing work clothing

Administrative support for the department: PR orders, invoice verification, outgoing correspondence – complaints, reports for other departments

Analyzing discrepancies using Lean tools

Compliance with health and safety / fire safety / environmental protection regulations and the Employer’s rules and procedures

Performing other tasks assigned by the supervisor that are not mentioned in the job description but are closely related to the Employer’s activities

Participation in training courses organized by the Employer

Additional Responsibilities

Timely and correct completion of weekly and monthly production accounting for materials and raw materials – oil balance

Participation in the preparation of raw materials and materials for annual inventory

Reconciliation and verification with the Finance Department of production entries in the system and other data affecting losses in the margarine department

Implementation of issues related to OPC budget expenditure

Ongoing verification of invoices, receipts, and expenditure of services and materials within the scope of the budget

Control of the department’s personnel documentation to the extent required by regulations (health books, periodic examinations)

Control over the ordering, issuance, and consumption of materials: technical, cleaning products, work clothing, office supplies, personal protective equipment, disinfectants and hygiene and sanitary products, safety glasses

Coordinating the work of the warehouse clerk at the Goods Receiving Point

Preparing PR orders in the ARIBA system for department administration

Cooperating with the company that services employee work clothing

Minimizing the negative impact on the environment in all types of work

Responding to all types of hazards affecting work safety

Requirements

Associate or bachelor’s Degree (minimum)

Ability to work with a personal computer (MS Office)

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position

Specific requirements necessary to perform the tasks

Working with a computer >4 hours a day
