Inplant Ink Technician II
Location Reno NV
Shift Must be able to work 2nd or 3rd shift (TBD)
Pay Based on experience
Overview Under minimal to no supervision provide intermediate level color matching, formulation, and small batch blending support on‑site at our customer location.
Essential Job Functions
Produce and quality control inks to ensure inks meet or exceed the customer’s specifications.
Perform color matching and formulation.
Maintain detailed production and QC records.
Support customer schedule through production coordination.
Identify and execute high level rework opportunities based on review of batch tickets.
Provide strong press side technical service, troubleshoot problems and provide detailed and consistent technical reporting.
Maintain monthly and weekly reporting to CTS and Sales organization.
Maintain housekeeping and safe operations.
Must lift up to 50 lb. buckets and move 500 lb. drums following operating procedures.
Required Education and Experience
High School Diploma or GED.
Knowledge of MS Word/Excel/Outlook and dispensing and color match software.
Capable of lifting 50 lbs. throughout the day.
3 years industry experience.
Customer‑facing position requiring high degree of interpersonal skill.
