Position Purpose The Material Handler will support our operations by managing the flow of components and finished goods. This role is critical to ensuring timely and accurate inventory movement and maintaining a clean, organized warehouse environment.
Position Summary Responsible for filling job orders for internal manufacturing customer orders and external customer orders using a pick list. Stock components from Receiving and Production and pick components from bins or shelves. Ensure the accuracy of all orders filled. Coordinate material in and out of the warehouse and keep accurate counts of stored items in warehouses. Deliver components to various departments within the Production team.
Essential Duties
Printing daily orders, maintaining paperwork and records
Stock components from receiving and finished goods from production into designated warehouse locations
Pick components from inventory to fulfill production orders and customer shipments
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, including shelving, aisles, and workstations
Follow established processes and procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Assist with inventory counts and cycle audits as needed
Communicate effectively with production and logistics teams to support operational goals
Support improvement or development of inventory management procedures
Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, overhead cranes, and other material handling tools
Keep Workstations/Tools Clean and Organized in a Lean 5S Program
Maintain a Good Attendance Record
Follow the schedule provided by the supervisor
Have good communication with supervisor regarding planned time off and unplanned time off

Adheres to the time and attendance requirements as established by the department supervisor.
Fast‑paced warehouse setting
Requires standing, walking, lifting, and operating equipment for extended periods
