Job Summary

Primary responsibilities for this role include Robotics/ GYN /Urology/ Laser. UK Healthcare is seeking a Service Line Manager to supervise and lead perioperative operations and assume responsibility for overall assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care throughout the service. Carry out the Hospital and Nursing Service mission, vision, values and the overall strategic planning, clinical management, patient care, financial management and quality management of perioperative services.

This role is responsible for promoting the hospital standards and creating a patient‑focused caring environment while addressing and meeting the individual needs of the patient. In addition, foster an environment of collaboration and respect with physicians and all OR staff members.

The role will report directly to the Assistant Director, Perioperative Services.
