Base pay range $16.00/hr - $19.00/hr
Position Summary Puttshack is looking for a diverse team of hospitality associates who care deeply about creating an elevated, one‑of‑a‑kind guest experience. The Game Ambassador greets guests, checks in reservations, and guides them safely through the course. This role is the champion of our technology‑infused mini‑golf, explaining game rules, answering questions, and troubleshooting issues throughout the gaming experience.
Schedule/Hours All venues are open 7 days/week, typically from 11 am–1 am. Scheduling is variable: 15–30 hours per week depending on business needs and availability. Flexibility is highly valued.
Position Responsibilities (may include, but not limited to)
Bring your 'A' Game each and every day
Assist with general cleanliness of the kiosks, game courses, and guest services area
Check in guests, answer questions, and guide them throughout the course
Ensure all courses, golf balls, and equipment are in proper working order
Troubleshoot small issues on the course and escalating problems to management as needed
Maintain a pace sufficient to keep up with varying levels of guest visits
Comply with all safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures
Take direction and work collaboratively as a team player
Follow all rules, policies, procedures, and employment conditions, including those outlined in the Associate Handbook
Other projects or duties as assigned, including side‑work, opening, and closing duties
Required Skills and Experience
Must be 18+ years of age
Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field
Passion for games and technology
High standards of guest service
Good communication skills and ability to problem‑solve
Friendly and upbeat demeanor when interacting with guests and team members
Ability to communicate safely and effectively to perform job requirements
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, and move safely throughout the venue, including stairs, uneven or slick surfaces
Ability to lift up to 10 lb frequently and occasionally up to 30 lb
Work in confined, crowded spaces with high noise levels and varying temperatures
