Job Summary Assists pharmacists in medication preparation and distribution at UK Specialty Pharmacy. Fills prescriptions and packages orders for delivery in a busy retail-based pharmacy setting. Requires attention to detail, excellent customer service, reliability, punctuality, teamwork, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities & Skills

Prepare prescriptions and package orders for delivery.

Maintain accurate medication records.

Provide excellent customer service to patients and suppliers.

Operate pharmacy equipment safely.

Communicate effectively in English.

Collaborate with pharmacy team and pharmacists.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

General chemistry knowledge, basic algebra, proficient reading/writing/speaking in English.

Preferred: 1 year pharmacy technician experience or related medical field experience.

Must be registered with the KY Board of Pharmacy.
