Job Requirements

3‑2‑2 Rotating DAY Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

3‑2‑2 Rotating NIGHT Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, Monday – Friday

Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Mon–Fri)

Sign‑on bonus of $1,000.00 (rehires not eligible, cannot come through recruiting agency)

Responsibilities

Primary preventive maintenance on plastic blow molding machines (Mon‑Fri Maintenance Mechanic Team)

Maintain a safety‑first attitude; follow OSHA and company safety practices (LOTO, GMP, ARC Flash, PPE, housekeeping)

Diagnose & repair mechanical, electrical, PLC, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues on manufacturing machinery, auxiliary equipment, and robots

Check blueprints, repair manuals, and parts catalogs as needed

Assemble, install, or repair wiring, electrical and electronic components, pipe systems, and plumbing

Install and repair electrical apparatus such as transformers and robots

Coordinate with outside vendors for parts and supplies

Perform and assist with weekly/monthly/annual preventive maintenance tasks and EHS inspections

Repair air leaks on equipment

Maintain neat and organized work area; comply with GMP, food safety, and food quality regulations

Assist other teams with open tasks and projects as needed

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED; minimum 5 years of related manufacturing maintenance experience and/or training

Must be 18 years or older

Strong mechanical aptitude; solid understanding of electrical controls, hydraulics, pneumatics

Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

Capable of working independently with little supervision

Effective communication of equipment malfunctions and corrective actions to shift and supervisor

Communicate regularly with co‑workers across positions; maintain high level of customer service and respect plant‑wide

Participate in teams to drive safety, quality, production, continuous improvement, and employee relations

Maintain respectful and professional demeanor; support facility cleanliness

Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills

Ability to provide own basic set of tools

Physical: lift up to 30 lbs; dependable and on time
