Job Requirements Monday – Friday shift: 7:00 am – 3:00 pm. Sign‑on bonus: $500.00. Bonus conditions: rehires are not eligible and no recruiting‑agency bonuses are permitted.

Job Duties & Essential Functions Maintain and conduct preventative maintenance on plastic blow‑molding machines, always maintaining a "safety first" attitude. Follow OSHA, GMP, ARC Flash, and company safety practices (LOTO, PPE, housekeeping). Diagnose and repair machinery including but not limited to plastic molding machines, auxiliary equipment, and robots. Assemble, install, or repair wiring, electrical and electronic components, pipe systems, and equipment. Inspect and repair air leaks; perform weekly/monthly/annual preventive maintenance and EHS inspections. Keep a neat and organized work area. Comply with GMP, Food Safety, and Food Quality regulations. Work with outside vendors to order spare parts and supplies. Assist other teams with open tasks and projects.

Experience and Qualifications

High School diploma or GED; minimum five (5) years of related manufacturing maintenance experience or training.

Must be 18 years of age or older.

Strong mechanical aptitude; solid understanding of electrical controls, hydraulics, pneumatics, and excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.

Capability to work independently, self‑sufficiently, and productively with little supervision.

Effective communication of equipment malfunctions and corrective actions to the oncoming shift and department supervisor.

Regular communication with co‑workers in all positions to maintain high customer service and plant‑wide respect.

Participation in teams to improve safety, quality, production, continuous improvement, and employee relations.

Maintain a respectful and professional demeanor.

Support fellow members in keeping the facility and its equipment clean, neat, and well‑maintained.

Basic computer function knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Must be able to provide own basic set of tools.

Ideal candidate: active, multi‑tasker, comfortable lifting up to 30 lbs, dependable, on time, and embraces the Radius Culture and Radius Way.
