We are searching for warehouse loaders to join our Filter Shipping Team. Qualified individuals must have a desire to learn new skills and a commitment to meet expectations. We’re looking for individuals who demonstrate a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a desire to excel. Our loaders are an essential part of our distribution process. We rely on their accuracy and speed to assemble our customer’s orders. Starting pay of $14/hr.
NO EXPERIENCE IS NEEDED!
At RTT you are more than a number; you are part of the team. You are family.
Responsibilities
Drive power pallet jack or forklift to picking area and build pallet/load according to load sheet.
Wrap pallet when pallet/load is finished.
Turn in paperwork with the order before loading and have the truck checked for order accuracy.
Stage pallet and/or load into the truck when ready.
Maintain proper housekeeping standards in the work area.
Strong Candidates Are Able To
Accurately pick and load filters to fill customer orders.
Meet picking goals and warehouse objectives.
Regularly lift and move products weighing 50-165 pounds.
Repetitively bend, lift, and twist while moving products around the warehouse.
Safely operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks, and forklift (once trained).
Maintain regular, reliable, predictable attendance.
Hours Full‑time (5 days a week). Schedule: Mon‑Fri, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. No weekends!
