Overview West Networks is a leader in Peplink sales, deployment, and service. We pre‑configure, test, and package network devices at scale and run a streamlined RMA and distribution operation to support nationwide deployments.
You’ll keep our Gainesville warehouse running with clockwork precision—receiving stock, prepping devices, and shipping anywhere from 5 to 200 packages on a given day—so field teams and customers get exactly what they need, on time.
Responsibilities
Pick/Pack/Ship at scale: Execute same‑day shipments against a strict 3:00 PM daily cutoff; default to ground with signature required unless otherwise specified.

Receiving & put‑away: Verify counts, condition, and documentation on all inbound shipments; reconcile variances in ERP.
Inventory control: Maintain bin locations, conduct cycle counts, and reduce variances; keep shelves/racks audit‑ready.
RMA logistics: Coordinate RMAs (serial capture, tracking, ticket updates) and bulk manufacturer returns per our process.
Freight coordination: Prepare LTL/FTL pickups for bulk moves and large site kits.
Documentation & communication: Ensure order references and tracking are attached to each order and distributed to the internal team per policy.

Qualifications
Warehouse & logistics experience (2+ years) in a fast‑moving, multi‑carrier environment.
ERP proficiency (any modern system; e.g., NetSuite, Business Central, Odoo, or similar) and comfort with order, item, and inventory transactions.
Shipping systems experience (UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager, USPS) and barcode scanners.
Organization & accuracy: Proven record meeting pick accuracy and on‑time ship KPIs.
