Key Responsibilities
Complete projects assigned by the maintenance supervisor.
Maintain plant assets and mechanical systems, minimizing downtime and maximizing equipment utilization and life.
Think on your feet and change direction at a moment’s notice.
Own work processes and meet deadlines.
Work successfully in a team environment.
Follow company safety policies, OSHA requirements, and industry safety practices.
Communicate effectively, following detailed instructions verbally and in writing.
Understand, interpret, and follow technical construction and mechanical drawings and plans.
Use hand tools and chemical plant machinery safely (e.g., JLG, forklifts).
Work safely in a variety of climates (hot/cold, dry/humid).
