Network Operations Associate/Manager

Base pay range $60,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr
Position Summary We’re looking for a systems-first Network Operations Specialist to run the operational engine behind our ecosystem. You’ll own day‑to‑day administration and performance of HubSpot, and program‑related platforms and execute lifecycle workflows that ensure our programs are fully staffed with qualified experts, and stakeholder journeys are automated, clean, and reliable.
This role can be hired at the Associate or Manager level, depending on experience.
Location This role is hybrid and will be expected to work from the Boston office for at least two days per week, typically Tuesday and Thursday.
What You’ll Do
Own HubSpot CRM operations for Community segments (experts, value‑exchange partners, alumni, founders, VIP ecosystem contacts).
Maintain segmentation, lifecycle stages, workflows, sequences, dashboards, and data hygiene.
Operate Circle / The Hub spaces and troubleshoot for priority communities.
Execute expert (judge/mentor) lifecycle workflows end‑to‑end, including support for active judging rounds.
Maintain automated intake and lifecycle hygiene for value‑exchange partners.
Run monthly data/automation QA and continuously improve systems to reduce manual work and improve stakeholder experience.
Who You Are & What You Bring
2+ years in operations, CRM/community ops, program ops, or similar.
Strong HubSpot experience (or ability to ramp quickly) and comfort with community platforms like Circle.
Detail‑oriented, process‑driven, and reliable under program deadlines.
Great collaborator across Programs, Marketing, and Partnership teams.
Clear, professional communicator with a service mindset.
Preferred: HubSpot certification; experience with volunteer/expert networks or partner lifecycles; automation/reporting comfort.

Salary is based on a nonprofit scale and commensurate with skills and experience.
For this position, the base salary range is $60-75K.
Internal equity considerations and the average salary of the peer range will be reviewed before making a final offer.
