Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence

Discretion and confidentiality
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Job Highlights
In‑Office Executive Assistant (27 hrs/week): Mon/Tues/Thurs | 8:30–5:30
Location is North Wabash Avenue
Hands‑On Executive and PA Support experience
Experience in Calendar management, Canva, CRM lists, mailings, and day‑to‑day execution in a corporate environment
Compensation
$27.03 - $39.46 /hour Pay Rate
