Salary: $215,000 – $255,000 per year

About the Role You will handle a wide range of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, joint ventures, and leasing matters. The position offers exposure to complex, multi‑state projects and direct client contact from day one.
What We Are Looking For
Juris Doctor (JD)
3–6 years of commercial real estate or real estate finance experience, ideally at a law firm or in‑house legal team
Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and mortgage lending
Ability to meet a billable requirement of 1,800 hours annually
Attorneys coming from larger firms seeking a more balanced environment
Boutique firm attorneys looking for access to larger clients and multi‑practice support
Collaborative and professional personality with strong interpersonal skills
