Real Estate Associate Attorney – Mid-Level Compensation: $200,000 - $255,000 per year, based on experience and skill.

We are a well-established law firm seeking a mid-level associate attorney with 3+ years of commercial real estate experience. The role focuses on acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, financings, including repurchase facilities, and lease transactions. The successful candidate will handle complex deals with minimal supervision, engage directly with clients, and contribute to a high-performing team.

Responsibilities:

Lead and execute commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, financings, and leasing.

Manage client relationships and provide legal counsel throughout transaction lifecycle.

Prepare and review transactional documents, conduct due diligence, and negotiate terms.

Collaborate with senior attorneys and cross‑functional teams to support firm growth.

Qualifications:

JD from an accredited law school and admission to practice law.

4–6 years of experience in commercial real estate law at a large or mid‑sized firm.

Deep knowledge of joint ventures, acquisitions/dispositions, leasing, and financing transactions.

Ability to manage complex deals independently and collaboratively.

Strong communication and client‑service skills.

Interest in building a long‑term practice in a collegial, high‑deal‑flow environment.
