Job Description
The Controller will manage all financial operations for this plant location, including reporting, budgeting/forecasting, cost management, internal controls, audit, compliance, analysis, strategic planning, and team management. This role involves overseeing complex projects and divisions, with a focus on detailed financial processes and project‑based accounting.
Base Pay Range $140,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr
Additional Compensation Annual Bonus and Stock options
Key Responsibilities
Oversee financial reporting, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Manage budgeting and forecasting processes.
Handle cost management, particularly project‑based accounting and percentage of completion.
Provide strategic financial insights to support business decisions.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, audits, and regulatory requirements.
Supervise a team and collaborate closely with the headquarters team.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
Experience:
5-7+ years in accounting/finance within project or manufacturing environments, with a focus on cost management and financial reporting.
Key Skills:
Strong Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas)
Strategic planning and analysis
Manufacturing industry experience, including inventory management, production costs, and CAPEX oversight
Preferred Credentials:
CPA or CMA certification, experience with ERP systems.
